Take the Rt 106/Rt 107 exit north from either Northern State PKWY or the LIE. Go under Rt 25 Jericho Tpke and stay to your right Rt 106 North. Make your first right turn at the sign for 350 Jericho TPKE/Main Maid Inn. Go until you see the Maid Main Inn and follow road to loop left. Turn right into parking lot by office buildings.
